NORI is a contemporary Handroll Bar concept bringing the art of handroll dining to Europe. Rooted in Japanese craftsmanship and inspired by modern simplicity, NORI stands for freshness, quality, and ease. The brand celebrates authentic ingredients, open interaction, and spontaneous enjoyment, creating an elevated yet effortless dining experience.
“Frisch gerollt. Handlich serviert.” — a promise that every bite is made to order, fresh, and full of intention. Our goal was to translate NORI’s philosophy into a brand that feels refined, human, and distinctly modern.

We built a brand identity that reflects NORI’s balance of craft and modernity — refined yet approachable.The bold, brushstroke-inspired logo evokes craftsmanship and imperfection, reflecting the hand-made nature of each roll. A warm beige palette paired with deep black and subtle orange accents creates a calm, confident aesthetic that carries across every touchpoint — IRL from business cards and menus to digital experiences.
